We encourage everyone to register and pay on line. We accept MasterCard, VISA and Discovert cards We do not accept AMEX. Please complete the registration form and pay for the courses.(a 4% processing fee applies) You must bring your "payment confirmation receipt" to class to receive a certrficate of completion. If you registered on line but did not pay on line, bring a check or money order to class. (We do not accept cash payments at the door.) Bring yourr real estate license pocket card to class so tht we can record your course completions for the DC & MD Real Estate Commissions.
