On the day of course will I receive a certificate?
If you pre-registered for the course, you will receive a certificate at the end of each course you attend. However, you must sign in each course and fill out a registration form as per DC Real Estate Commission rules.

When I take one of your Maryland courses, is the credit good toward any other state?
Yes, for elective credit only in VA and DC. If you wish to apply your Maryland credit to VA or DC as elective credit, ask the registrar for the appropriate form on the day of the course. There will be a $5 fee for each additional certificate requeted for a course.

Are there any other courses available other than what is listed on your printed schedule?
No, however, you can visit the website for any new course offerings that may become available.

Can I sign up at the door?
Yes. Arrive early and you can sign up at the door for an additional $5 for the day/class. We only accept cash or MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, or VISA. Ask the registrar for the required form.

Will I be admitted to course if I am running late?
No. Once course has begun, no one will be admitted.

When do I get my certificate?
At the end of each course when payment has been confirmed.

What if there is a problem processing my credit card when I purchase the course, or any other billing issue?

What if I decide I want to cancel and get a refund?
If you did not begin the course and request a refund within 2 days of purchase, you can receive a refund less a $10.00 administrative fee.

Can I take all 15 hours of the DC requirements in one day with Dias Real Estate Academy?
Yes. 15 hour days are from 7am to 11pm.

Can I take my DC credits online?
No, our online courses are not approved for DC credit. you for your interest!
